Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture

Sometimes referred to as “the acupuncture facelift” this treatment involves the use of small super-fine needles which are inserted into the skin on the face, at specific sites to target any problems on your face or neck, such as wrinkles, blemishes or discoloration. The needles encourage nutrient-rich blood flow and stimulate muscle activity and toning and can encourage collagen growth. Healing can take place via the meridians (energy channels) which circle the head and neck.

A treatment will last up to an hour and a half and will also include a regular treatment with body points. A minimum of 6 treatments are recommended for optimal results however changes can often be seen after one or two treatments.

A 1996 study on cosmetic acupuncture in the International Journal of Clinical Acupuncture reported that of the 300 people who took part, 90% saw marked improvement after just one treatment.
